LEWISTON – Clifford Joseph Rodrigue, 66, died suddenly at home, April 26, after a long illness.

He was born in Rumford on Oct. 15, 1937, son of Louis A. and Fabiola M. Rodrigue.

He attended school in Hartford, Conn., and upon graduation, enlisted and served in the U.S. Army, which upon his discharge returned to Maine to raise a family.

He is survived by his daughter, Tina Plummer and husband Matt of Lewiston; his sons, James Rodrigue of Augusta, Steve Rodrigue and wife Anna of Leeds, Jeff Rodrigue and fiance Nok Bisson of Durham, and Tim Rodrigue of Lewiston; and eight grandchildren, Sarah Cary and her husband Josey, Nicole Rodrigue, Matt Rodrigue, Ashton Plummer, Melina Plummer, Kaylee Plummer, Corey Rodrigue, and Shea Rodrigue..

He was predeceased by both parents. He will be missed by family and friends.
