FOXBORO, Mass. (AP) – The New England Patriots signed two rookie free agents, receiver Ricky Bryant and tight end Andy Mignery, at the conclusion of minicamp on Sunday.

Bryant led Hofstra in receiving for two seasons after transferring from Ohio State. He also returned punts and kicks.

Mignery caught four passes for 48 yards and two touchdowns last year at Michigan, where he was originally recruited to play quarterback.

The two were among five players invited to camp to try out.
