AUBURN – Carlene Sperry of Auburn and Lorraine Wilbur of Greene have recently been hired as part-time sales associates at Emily’s Cards and Maine Gifts, located at the Auburn Mall. Emily’s Cards has been serving the Twin Cities for three years.

It is one of three Ivy Cottage stores, which have been a Central Maine fixture for 20 years. Emily’s Cards carries a wide variety of greeting cards, gift bags, wrapping paper and ribbons. Gift items available at Emily’s include wall tapestries, throws, pillows, figurines, Maine-related items, stuffed animals, toys and much more.

Guay to instruct hockey camps

LEWISTON – Better Hockey announces that Jeff Guay, assistant coach of the Lewiston Maineiacs, will be joining the Better Hockey/Top Dog team as head instructor of hockey camps.

Guay brings years of hockey experience including coaching at Lewiston High School and the Salmon River Shamrocks of New York as well as playing experience with the United Hockey League, Colonial Hockey League, Western Professional Hockey League, and Junior A Hockey in Canada.
