A special downtown shuttle will take people from Lewiston and Auburn parking lots to the Bates Mill for the Blaine House Conference on Maine’s Creative Economy Friday morning and afternoon.
The free shuttle will run a loop every 15 minutes, with stops at the conference, the Oak Street parking garage, Central Maine Medical Center, the Hilton Garden Inn and Mechanics Row parking garage.
The shuttle will start at 7:05 a.m. in Lewiston and will run until 8:44 a.m. Service will begin again at 5:05 p.m. and continue until 5:55 p.m.
The shuttle is being run as part of the Lewiston-Auburn Transit Committee’s Citylink bus service.
The regular Citylink downtown shuttle will continue to run Friday between the Oak Street station and Great Falls Plaza, with stops at 8th District Court on Lisbon Street and Superior Court on Court Street. Other stops include CMMC, the Auburn Public Library and Festival Plaza.
