On a recent visit to St. Peters Cemetery in Lewiston, where my mom and grandparents are buried, my uncle was struck with grief and anger to find that the flowers he placed there just a few weeks before were gone. I am also angered by this act of disgraceful vandalism. Why would anyone stoop so low?

If they were taken to place on another grave, that would be a show of disrespect to have stolen flowers placed above the dead.

The flowers were placed above my mom and grandparents and meant for them.

This person(s) must not respect themselves to do such a thing.

It’s too bad that stuff like this goes on. The flowers will be replaced, but not by the same special arrangement my uncle originally provided.

The flower thieves may not read this, but I hope they are happy. They will answer for this crime one day. Then I’ll be happy.
