BETHEL – In conjunction with the 2004-2005 membership drive, Western Mountains Senior College is offering new members and re-joining members an opportunity to visit Strawbery Banke in Portsmouth, N.H., on June 28.

The $35 fee covers the bus ride as well as admission to the museum. Lunch is not covered.

Reservations and payments must be made by May 28 by calling the Adult Education office at 824-2780.

Membership fees may also be paid in June for the 2004-2005 year by sending $35 with name and address to Western Mountains Senior College, PO Box 1305, Bethel, ME 04217.

Strawbery Banke is the recreation of historic Portsmouth on the banks of the Piscataqua River. Original homes have been moved to the site of the first settlement where wild strawberry plants grew beside the river.
