• Stephen J. Bergen, 57, of East Dixfield, on a charge of operating under the influence, on May 7. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail, and has an arraignment date of July 6 in Rumford District Court.

• Jeffrey L. Burns, 43, of Rumford, on charges of a sex offender violation and a probation violation, on May 6. He was released on $200 unsecured bail; arraignment is on July 6 in Rumford District Court.

• Matthew Fowler, 26, of Westbrook, on an Oxford County Superior Court warrant on charges of several probation violations, on May 1. He was transported to Oxford County jail in Paris.

• Jason McPherson, 19, of Rumford, on charges of assault and criminal trespass by a motor vehicle, on May 1. He was released on $200 unsecured bail; arraignment is on July 6 in Rumford District Court.

Summons:

• Leo Morton, 18, of Dryden, for possession of a usable amount of marijuana, on May 7. He is to be arraigned on July 6 in Rumford District Court.
