LISBON FALLS – Holy Trinity Parish held a Dedication Mass on March 28 to officially open its new parish hall, offices and classrooms.
The Mass of Dedication was celebrated by Bishop Joseph Gerry and concelebrated by the Rev. Lionel Chouinard, pastor of Holy Trinity Parish; the Rev. Anthony Kuzia, CM, former pastor of Holy Trinity Parish; and the Rev. Maurice Lebel, retired pastor of Sacred Heart Church in Auburn.
Holy Trinity Parish was formed when Holy Family and Saints Cyril and Methodius Parishes in Lisbon Falls and St. Anne Parish in Lisbon were consolidated in 1994. Phase one of the building project, including the nave, narthex, reservation chapel and sacristy, was completed in December of 1999.
The parish would like to extend an invitation to the public to tour the completed parish facility during an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 23. Refreshments will be served.
