FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

James J. Nault, 61, of Farmington Falls was charged with driving after suspension Nov. 18 in Farmington. A $200 fine was suspended by $50.

Justin E. Need, 30, of Beverly, Mass., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Dec. 14 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

David A. Nelson, 36, of Oxford was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Dec. 14 in Stetsontown Twp. He was fined $100.

Harry D. Newenham, 27, of Steuben was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Dec. 14 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Amy R. Niedner, 24, of Jay was charged with driving after suspension Feb. 16 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug Feb. 16 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Nihan Equipment Rentals Inc. of Monroe was charged with no proof of periodic inspection Nov. 18 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Christopher S. Noble, 19, of Sanford was charged with driving after suspension Oct. 23 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Christopher S. Noble, 19, of Farmington was charged with violating condition of release Feb. 20 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 11 days.

Stephen R. Nolin, 20, of Moultonboro, N.H., was charged with possession of marijauna Feb. 29 in Chesterville. He was fined $200.

David Norcross, 39, of Minot was charged with hunting/trapping in wildlife sanctuary Nov. 15 in Rangeley. He was fined $150.

Shawn Noyes, 27, of Rumford was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 23 in Farmington. He was fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Jonathan Nurse, 30, of Vienna was charged with escape Nov. 13 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jonathan J. Nurse, 30, of Vienna was charged with criminal mischief Nov. 13 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jonathan J. Nurse, 30, of Dryden was charged with assault Feb. 20 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Michael C. Nuzzo, 44, of Jay was charged with allowing a minor to possess liquor Oct. 19 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.
