• William L. Kelley, 37, of Rumford, on Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office warrants for failure to appear on charges of operating after suspension and carrying a concealed weapon, on April 30. He was transported to Oxford County jail in Paris.

• Jerry Hubbard, 50, of Rumford, on charges of terrorizing and violation of conditions of release, on April 29. He was released on $500 unsecured bail on the initial terrorizing charge, then re-arrested two hours later for violating conditions of release, and transported to Oxford County jail.

• Triston A. Swanson, 21, of Farmington, on a charge of operating after suspension, on April 27. He was transported to Franklin County jail in Farmington.

• James Smith, 57, of Rumford, on a charge of disorderly conduct, on April 25. He was transported to Oxford County jail.

• Jason W. Chapman, 29, of Rumford, on a charge of terrorizing, on April 25. He was released on $250 unsecured bail.

• Heather Allen, 18, of Mexico, on a charge of domestic assault, on April 24. She was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Peter Cunningham Jr., 20, of Rumford, on a charge disorderly conduct, on April 24. He was released on $100 unsecured bail.

• Colin D. Ucar, 39, of St. John, New Brunswick, Canada, on a charge of operating after suspension, on April 23. He pleaded guilty following two hours of detainment in the Rumford police jail and paid a $200 fine.

• Michael E. Downs, 22, of Rumford, on a charge of domestic assault, on April 21. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Patricia Paquette, 50, of Rumford, on charges of tampering with a state witness, terrorizing and violation of conditions of release, on April 20. She was transported to Oxford County jail.

• Phillip R. Therriault, 22, of Rumford, on a charge of terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, on April 20. He was released on $100 cash bail.

• Aseidas Blauvelt, 28, of Rumford, on a charge of terrorizing, on April 18. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Clifton W. Chapman, 40, of Milford, Mass., on a charge of operating after suspension, on April 17. He was released on $60 cash bail.

• Marie Towers, 24, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to pay a fine, on April 16. She was transported to Franklin County jail.
