Auburn

• A parked vehicle owned by Michael C. Gunn, 29, of Litchfield apparently slipped out of gear and struck a house at 62 Newbury St. owned by John Capano at 11:14 a.m. Friday. Damage to Gunn’s 1983 Chevrolet was estimated at $2,500. Damage to the house was estimated at $3,000.

• A vehicle driven by Bradford Wenzel, 16, of Auburn struck a moose on North Auburn Road at 9 p.m. Friday. Damage to Wenzel’s 2001 Ford was estimated at $3,800.
