BETHEL – Planners face a packed agenda of proposed development plans at their meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, in the town office.
Aside from action on a sign application for Debbie Martin’s Connecting Rentals Kiosk at 22 Parkway, work is to continue on subdivision and site plan applications.
These include the:
• Birch Woods subdivision project off Mayville Road by Savage Land Development LLC.
• Countryside Acres, also by Savage Land Development.
• Bethel Ambulance barn expansion project by the Town of Bethel.
• Taylor Woods project by Bob Martin of Ski Tracks Inc. and Main-Land Development of Livermore Falls.
• Eden Ridge Townhouses project by David Miles.
• Farwell Mountain Estates project by Farwell Mountain Estates Inc. and proxy Gary Inman.
Prior to the meeting, at 6:30 p.m., the Sign Committee is to meet to discuss Debbie Martin’s Connecting Rentals Kiosk sign application.
