People in Rangeley paid tribute to the region’s 158 veterans during a parade Sunday. Emery Scribner, a WWII veteran, spoke to the crowd at the veteran’s monument reminding those gathered of the purpose and history of Memorial Day. “These are Rangeley’s heroes,” he said of the names etched in the monument.
