FARMINGTON – The Wednesday Night Ladies Bowling League at Meadow Lanes held an awards banquet on May 19 at Quad M’s Restaurant in Fairbanks. Awards were presented including:
First-place team: Gutter Cleaners with members Sylvia Richards, Lisa Beardsley, Darlene Nile and Andrea Mooar; second, Golden Oldies; third, Bowling Belles; fourth, DugOuts; fifth, On-A-Roll; sixth, Pinheads.
First high average: Lynn Chellis Tyler, 167; second high average: Patty Donald, 160; third high average: Andrea Mooar 159.
Team High Series Handicap: Pinheads with members, Monty Tyler, Betty Gatchell, Bev Lewis, Patty Donald.
Team High Game Handicap: Bowling Belles with members, Melanie Farmer, Jeff Nutt, Kay Seefeldt and Carol North.
Individual High Series handicap: Jackie Tardif.
Individual High series scratch: Lisa Beardsley.
Individual high game handicap: Melanie Farmer.
Individual high game scratch: Bev Lewis.
First high average, improved 21 pins, Jackie Tardif.
Second high average, improved 12 pins, Sylvia Richards.
Maine League High Series Scratch pin, Lisa Beardsley.
