When I offered to write a letter supporting Peggy Rotundo’s bid in the Democratic primary, she specifically asked me not to write anything negative about her opponent.

Rotundo is an honorable woman who does not need to point out inadequacies or tell lies about her opponent to prove that she is the best person to serve Lewiston as state senator.

Peggy fights for the rights of all Lewiston residents, not just the righteous and privileged. She is a true representative for the people of Lewiston, not letting her own agenda get in the way of what her constituency wants. She stands firm on issues and listens to the needs of Lewiston residents. Peggy is not afraid to fight for things like better education and our environment. I encourage all eligible to vote in the Democratic primary on June 8 to vote for Peggy Rotundo.
