Public supper

WATERFORD – A public supper will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, at the North Waterford Congregational Church vestry, at Five Kezars Road off routes 35 and 37, to raise funds to send children to summer camp. Scholarships are provided to campers attending Pilgrim Lodge and other area summer camps. Tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for children under 12. The menu will offer baked beans, American chop suey, casseroles, salads, brown bread, rolls, beverages and dessert. The Rev. George Frobig invites everyone to attend regular Sunday worship services at 10 a.m. at the Stoneham Congregational Church through June, and the Stoneham Thrift Shop and bake sale will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays. Donations are welcome and dropped off at the Stoneham Church.

Blood drive

SACO – American Red Cross Blood Services will hold a bus blood drive from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, at the Cinemagic Theater, 779 Portland Road. For more information, call 1-800-482-0743.
