FARMINGTON – Marvel Street, off Town Farm Road, was closed to through-traffic Wednesday afternoon for culvert repair work.

A culvert under the road was deteriorating and needed to be replaced, Farmington Public Works Director Mitch Boulette said.

The project was expected to cost about $500. The road was expected to be open Thursday.
