DIXFIELD – Selectmen Stephen Donahue and Montell Kennedy were absent from the May 17 board meeting, and did not vote or discuss amendments to the police department policy. A 3-0 vote that night approved the amendments, which became effective after the May 24 meeting when the three selectmen who approved them signed the documents.
