I find it offensive when liberal Americans take all their frustrations out on this president. Do they believe that all their hateful maligning of the president is helpful or doing any good?

I believe it weakens America in the eyes of the world and makes the terrorists, our enemies, very happy.

Liberals would have us hug a terrorist and bow before their demands.

We are at war. This president will not cut and run with his tail between his legs like President Clinton did in Somalia.

President Bush told us all that this war would take years before it was settled. And al-Qaida is alive and well in Iraq.

War is not a video game. It should not be open season for liberals to try to make points during the political season. The hateful rhetoric in current vogue right now will only serve to make our enemies braver and put at risk our armed forces.

Are the Democrats so greedy for power that they will risk America to gain the presidency? To risk American lives? Here at home and in the war zones in the Middle East?

Sens. Kerry and Kennedy and their ilk are doing more harm to America at present than al-Qaida. We lost Vietnam for the same reasons.
