DIXFIELD – Two newly elected selectmen will be sworn in at the board’s 4:30 p.m. meeting Monday, June 14, in the town library community room.

A new chairman – the first in at least four years – and a vice chairman must be elected.

For the past four years, Hugh Daley, a 17-year board member, has been at the helm. He did not seek re-election this year.

Town Manager Nanci Allard said Friday that Selectman Eugene Skibitsky is expected to be absent that day.

The decisions are to be made by Stephen Donahue, Montell Kennedy and newcomers Tony Carter and Raymond “Tiny” Carlton, who won two three-year seats after a recount Friday.

Other agenda items include reports from department heads and a requested tax abatement.
