• June 12, noon – A collision occurred on Main Street between a 2001 Nissan sedan, driven by Patricia Brown, 48, of Hartford, and a 2003 Ford F-150 pickup truck, driven by Ricky Nightingale, 44, of East Wilton. The truck, which is owned by Mechanical Insulation Service of Turner, sustained an estimated $1,000 in damage; the Nissan, $1,000.

• June 10, 8:10 p.m. – A pickup truck-moose collision was reported on Severy Hill Road in East Dixfield. The moose was killed, the truck had minor damage.

• June 8, 7:50 p.m. – A Mexico police officer responded to a car-moose accident on Route 142 in Dixfield, because the lone Dixfield officer was busy with another call at the same time.

• June 8, 8:30 a.m. – An East Dixfield resident reported that loud music at a nearby residence on Route 17 has become a neighborhood nuisance.

• June 5, 10:15 p.m. – Dixfield police, assisted by a Mexico officer, responded to a domestic incident on Canton Point Road after a man allegedly threatened his ex-wife’s husband with a knife. The man, Hector Salgado, 51, New London, Conn., was arrested and charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

• June 3, 3:30 p.m. – A collision occurred on Weld Street between a 2000 Buick driven by Jane Provencher, 57, of Dixfield, and a 1997 Jeep driven by Nicole Dominiczak, 24, of Dixfield. The Buick sustained an estimated $800 damage; the Jeep, $1,000.

• Police are seeking information about two young men playing basketball in the vicinity of Dixfield Elementary School about 8:30 p.m. May 28, after a report of criminal mischief. A window that had been previously broken, but not yet fixed, was damaged more, police said.

• An investigation continues into a theft at a Fairbanks residence reported at 2 p.m. May 28.

Arrests

• Nicole Hebert, 28, of Webb River Drive, on a charge of unlawful possession of Schedule W drugs, at 5:20 p.m. on June 3. Hebert was arrested after police responded to a medical call at her residence and investigated. Hebert, unable to make bail, was transported to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Leon A. Lowell, 27, of Rumford, on a warrant, at 5:30 a.m. on the Dickvale Road in Peru. He was released on bail.

• Christopher Leclair, 25, of Rumford, on a charge of burglary and a warrant, at 5:30 a.m. on the Dickvale Road in Peru. He failed to post bail and was transported to Oxford County jail.

Summonses

• Erik Hanson, 18, of Dixfield, on a charge of operating without a driver’s license, at 12:10 a.m. on June 10, on Main Street. Crystal Archibald, 19, of Dixfield, was also charged in connection with the same incident. Archibald was charged with permitting unlawful use of a motor vehicle for allowing Hanson to operate without a license.

• Danielle Bernard, 19, of Rumford, on charges of illegal transportation of liquor by a minor and speeding, at 2:15 p.m. on Wilton Road.
