PARIS – The Oxford County Educators Retired will meet at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 18, at the South Paris Congregational Church.

A brief meeting will be followed by dinner and a program, with Rosita Gagne as speaker on education and legislation.

OTISFIELD – The Otisfield Free Baptist Scholarship Committee held a planning meeting for a gigantic flea market and white elephant sale set for July 17.

The sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Community Hall, Route 121.

All proceeds will go into the scholarship fund of the East Otisfield Free Baptist Church.

Raising funds

BUCKFIELD – The Zadoc Long Free Library is raising money to archive and preserve many of the documents that have been discovered.

The original finding list is available for $10 to celebrate the library’s 100th birthday.
