OXFORD – The Lake Thompson Fish and Game group is holding a family fun day for members and their families from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the clubhouse at 44 Paine Road.

New members are welcome and can join the club that day. People taking part in club events will be asked to show their membership cards.

Events will be centered on a running deer and trap shoot clinic, but will also include fly casting for youngsters and others, and beginners’ archery.

The club will provide hot dogs and hamburgers. Salads and desserts will be available for purchase.

People are asked to bring their own nonalcoholic beverages.
