It’s strange to me that every time a homosexual comes out, it’s front-page news.

Take the Methodist woman who, all of a sudden, decided to divorce her husband for her Lesbian lover (Sun Journal, May 3). I’d like to know what the impact was on her husband and if any, her children. This has to be a disaster for someone and, apparently, the Methodist Church in Auburn is condoning this travesty. They must be marching to a different Bible.

What about the congregation? Surely some must be uncomfortable about this, but are too afraid to speak out for fear of being ridiculed and embarrassed. It’s called vilification. Vilification is a tool used by homosexuals to strip those who oppose their behavior of their First Amendment rights of free speech.

Make no mistake about it. This woman embedded herself in the church waiting for the right opportunity to disclose her propensity. It must have something to do with the gay-marriage fiasco. The church has been duped and the silence of the lambs is deafening.
