LEWISTON – The team of Ray Gagnon-Ray Rancourt took top honors in the Wednesday night Lewiston Elks Pool League. Second was the duo of Bob Sherburne-Ray Pinette, followed by Dick Cyr-Jim O’Donnell.

Paintball event held

AUBURN – Team Ruckus finished first in Sunday’s Lost Valley Paintball event. Tactixs was a close second, followed by Team Antics. The Stockers, the only team to use pump markers instead of semi-automatics, won the Best Sportsmanship Award, and finished a highly respectable fifth.

In the Mini-MAC (under 18), Team Half Pint Rush took first, with Contempt second and SRBB third. 202 Uprising earned the Sportsmanship Award.

The Maine Amateur Circuit, or MAC, is a five-player speedball tournament.

Tennis tourney planned

SOUTH PORTLAND – The 35th annual A&J Open Tennis Tournament, involving men’s and women’s divisions, is scheduled for June 19-20 at South Portland High School courts.

Dart banquet slated

LEWISTON- Central Maine Dart League banquet is set for June 19 at C.J. Hall, 711 Webster St. Doors open at 1:30 p.m.
