BRIDGTON – A spaghetti feast will be served from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, July 3, at the Bridgton Academy dining hall in North Bridgton. The menu is spaghetti with meat or meatless sauce, salads featuring local greens, breads, homemade desserts, ice cream, lemonade, and tea. The cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children ages 3 to 10. Children under 3 eat free.The dinner is sponsored by the Bridgton Public Library. The Four on the Fourth Road Race will be held Sunday, July 4, to benefit the Children’s Room of the library. Lawn sale
OXFORD – A rain or shine lawn sale will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 26, at 24 Village Lane, off Coldwater Brook Road. The sale will benefit the Finnish American Heritage Society of Maine.
Chinese auction
PARIS – A Chinese auction will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 26, at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School. Doors open at 11 a.m. There are hundreds of items. Proceeds will benefit the West Coast Ministry Bikers Youth and Bicycling Teens to California for missionary work on Aug. 7. The purpose of the ministry is to show that anything in life is possible to accomplish with vision and hard work. The teens have raised a good part of the money to pay for various expenses of this trip.
Salad supper
PARIS – A mix and match summer salad supper will be offered from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 26, at the Deering Memorial Methodist Church at Church and Main streets. There will be homemade ice cream with strawberries for dessert. Adults $6; children under 12, $3.
Church service
BRYANT POND – The Universalist Church of Bryant Pond will hold services at 9 a.m. Sunday, June 27, with the Rev. Kenneth Lindsey speaking. James Burke will be the organist. All are welcome at the Route 26 church.
Sale, flea market
WOODSTOCK – The Woodstock-Greenwood Senior Citizens will hold a bake sale and flea market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 26, at the Franklin Grange Hall on Route 26 in Bryant Pond village. The hall will be open at 6 p.m. Friday for people who want to bring items early. Tables may be rented for $5.
