Workshop topic

OXFORD – Dareth Law, registered occupational therapist, will present at 90-minute workshop, titled “Red Flags for Gross and Fine Motor Skills Related to Academic Work, at 5 p.m. Thursday, July 1, at the Oxford Advent Christian Church, Route 26.

Continuing education credits are available to National Association of Social Workers of Maines for free.

Bridge results

NORWAY – Oxford Hills Duplicate Bridge will meet at 9 a.m. Friday, July 2, at the Fare Share Food Coop Art Collective Room. Come a bit early to deal cards, match with a partner and learn the art of duplicate bridge. A partner is guaranteed.

Winners from July 25 were: first, Bill Bowman and Georgette Jewell; second, Eleanor Griffin and Jim Dickens; third, Pete Cummings and Dick Allen; tie for fourth, Eric Sahlberg and Larry Holmes with Carol Curran and Suzanne Andrews. Cindy and Bob Kirchherr tied with Jim Thompson and Martha Young for fifth.
