I am proud to be an American. This is the most beautiful country in the world. We are beautiful, good hearted people.

I recently watched the film, “Fahrenheit 9/11,” by Michael Moore. I beg everyone to go see this film. It will move you no matter what your beliefs and values. I am sure most Bush supporters will scoff at this movie, pass it up.

I mean no disrespect to anybody, but many conservatives in this country talk about liberal rhetoric. Many times the rhetoric they speak of is nothing more than the truth.

This movie is based on fact. You cannot deny fact. It is true whether you believe it or not. This movie is by far the scariest movie I have ever seen. The events that have been allowed to take place in this country are absolutely appalling. The apathy that exists in this country is horrible.

America is based on so much good, hard work, respect and sacrifice that we owe it to our ancestors to care about our country. We owe to every soldier that ever wore a uniform to make sure they are not put in harm’s way for anything but the most noble, honorable causes.

Many conservatives pride themselves on being strong. Not being afraid. They call liberals bleeding hearts. I ask (dare) every supporter of the Bush administration to go watch this movie. If their heart doesn’t bleed for the loss of innocence, for sacrifice and for pure horror of the truth, then maybe America really isn’t the country I believe it to be.
