Damage to Sylvain’s 1991 Mazda four-door was estimated at $3,000. Damage to Stewart’s 1995 Honda four-door was estimated at $4,000.

Auburn

• A GTL Transport truck driven by R. Ray St. Amand, 60, of Nova Scotia was turning right from eastbound Minot Avenue onto Manley Road at 4:19 p.m. Monday when he struck a Central Maine Power pole and a city traffic signal pole. Amand said he swerved to avoid an oncoming SUV. There was no damage estimate for the 2000 International Harvester semi-tractor-trailer. Damage to the CMP pole was estimated at $2,000 and damage to the traffic signal was estimated at $8,000.

• A green 1998 Chevrolet SUV registered to Leigh M. Ivers, of 39, of 693 Court St., rolled down her driveway, into a flag pole and into a Central Maine Power pole. Police said Ivers’ 2-year-old son – left unattended in the car for a short time – had pulled the car out of “park,” allowing it to roll down the driveway. Damage to the CMP pole was estimated at $500. Damage to Ivers’ car was estimated at $3,000.
