LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Diane Jalbert, 48, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 10, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Keith Jarvis, 39, Danville, charged with assault on Oct. 8, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Dyllan Jewell, 21, Livermore Falls, charged with three counts of theft by unauthorized use of property and three counts of violating condition of release on Aug. 24, 2001, theft by unauthorized use of property and two counts of violating condition of release on Sept. 2, 2001, and criminal mischief and criminal threatening on March 25, all 2001 charges are probation revocation, sentenced to 334 days and probation revoked for each charge; both 2004 charges dismissed.

Justin Lee Jewell, 23, Lisbon, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 16, and operating after suspension and failure to make an accident report within 48 hours on Dec. 13, all charges dismissed.

Eugene F. Jordan III, 26, Lewiston, charged with assault and criminal threatening on March 4, both charges sent to jury trial.

William Jordan, 42, Lewiston, charged with allowing a dog to be at large and failing to license a dog on March 30, both charges dismissed.

Joseph M. Kalesnick, 39, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension on March 5 and stealing drugs on March 6, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Suzanne A. Kelley, 55, Sabattus, charged with allowing a dog to be at large on April 8, found guilty, fined $50.

Charles E. King Jr., 35, Biddeford, charged with reckless violation of a protective order on Dec. 4, dismissed.

Joseph Kittrell, 49, Westbrook, charged with assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Oct. 12, and violating a protective order on March 6, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation for each charge.

Maria Elana Knapp, 36, Lewiston, charged with burglary on March 25, transferred to Superior Court.

Scott D. Laberge, 31, Sabattus, charged with operating after suspension on Dec. 31, found guilty, fined $200.

Luke J. Lachance, 21, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana on March 26, offense committed, fined $200.

David Lagasse, 20, Lewiston, charged with harassment on Feb. 3, dismissed.

Michael Lagasse, 34, Lewiston, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation on March 7, transferred to Superior Court.

Michael Lagasse, 21, Auburn, charged with criminal threatening and two counts of assault on April 27, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Ryan R. Langlois, 29, Lisbon, charged with assault on June 14, 2003, dismissed.

Aaron Larochelle, 22, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension on Jan. 9, found guilty, fined $200.

Michael J. Larochelle, 27, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 29, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

Seth W. Leavitt, 25, Turner, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Jan. 21, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Chad Lebourdais, 26, Greene, charged with operating under the influence and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $600 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Richard Leet, 44, Lewiston, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Nov. 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Larry A. Lessard, 49, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 31, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Stephen Lessard, 38, Greene, charged with criminal threatening and two counts of assault on Jan. 18, all charges dismissed.

John C. Letourneau, 40, Lewiston, charged with operating without a proper business license on Feb. 20, offense committed, fined $750.

Matthew Levasseur, 19, Lewiston, charged with transportation of liquor by a minor on March 6, offense committed, fined $100 and license suspended for 30 days.

Brandi Michelle Libby, 19, Auburn, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on April 16, transferred to Superior Court.

Janet E. Libby, 20, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence and transportation of liquor by a minor on March 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Katrina D. Libby, 18, Greene, charged with transportation of liquor by a minor on March 4, offense committed, fined $100 and license suspended for 30 days.

Shane M. Libby, 23, Greene, charged with reckless conduct, assault on an officer and trafficking in prison contraband on March 6, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Amanda M. Lilly, 19, Lisbon Falls, charged with passing a stopped school bus on March 16, found guilty, fined $250.

Alicia Longchamps, 18, Lewiston, charged with driving a motor vehicle 30 plus mph over the speed limit on March 23, dismissed.

Richard Lopes, 38, New Gloucester, charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on Sept. 8, criminal mischief on March 16, and aggravated assault and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on May 2, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to seven days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to seven days; fourth charge transferred to Superior Court; fifth charge dismissed.

Christopher Loring, 24, Lewiston, charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on April 16, transferred to Superior Court.

Michael Lowery, 20, Auburn, charged with violating a protective order on Dec. 3, found guilty, sentenced to 48 days.

Rocky Eugene Lucas, 22, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on May 13, found guilty, sentenced to 14 days.

Todd D. Lyons, 20, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 23, found guilty, sentenced to 14 days and $70 restitution.

Habean B. Mabien, 23, Lewiston, charged with burglary on April 8, transferred to Superior Court.

Tobias Scott MacDonald, 23, Lewiston, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Dec. 8 and assault on April 8, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 24 hours; second charge transferred to Superior Court.

Graham MacFarlane Jr., 24, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on Feb. 15 and robbery on May 1, found guilty on first charge, fined $200 and sentenced to three days; second charge transferred to Superior Court.

Joseph Mallozzi Jr., 21, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana on March 30, offense committed, fined $200.

Daniel A. Marshall, 18, Norway, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 10, found guilty, fined $100.

Stephen Marston, 52, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

Jamie Martel, 19, Auburn, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 31, 2002, dismissed.

Jason Martin, 23, Lewiston, charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on March 13, and assault and violating condition of release on April 10, April 22 and April 24, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jason Martineau, 24, Lewiston, charged with assault and obstructing the report of a crime on March 11, both charges sent to jury trial.

Francisco Mata, 44, Leeds, charged with assault on April 2, dismissed.

Angus Mawhinney, 26, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 3 and Aug. 31, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Maxwell R. Mawhinney, 21, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and failure to give correct name and address to an officer on Feb. 7, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 for each charge.

Claudia May, 18, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 19, found guilty, fined $100.

Edward McCauley, 64, Rochester, N.H., charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 24, 2002, dismissed.

Michael D. McCombs, 37, New Gloucester, charged with criminal mischief on Feb. 18, charge filed with no cost.

Michael McKenna, 25, Auburn, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on July 4, 2001, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeffrey McKenzie, 25, Sabattus, charge with disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana on March 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Joseph McLean, 59, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension, failure to notify operator of unattended vehicle of collision damage and failure to register vehicle on Oct. 17, operating after suspension and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Feb. 13, and disorderly conduct on March 21, found guilty on first, second and third charges, fined $300 for first charge; fined $75 for second and third charges; fourth and fifth charges dismissed; found guilty on sixth charge, fined $75.

Matthew J. McNabb, 27, Portland, charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on July 1, 2003, found guilty on first charge, fined $175; second charge dismissed.

Troy F. McNeill, 42, Phippsburg, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 18, found guilty, fined $300.

Gregory R. Michaud, 20, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on May 7, 2003, found guilty, fined $75 and $377.60 restitution.

Marie L. Mitchell, 28, Mechanic Falls, charged with possession of marijuana on April 10, offense committed, fined $200.

Michael A. Mitchell Jr., 29, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized use of property on Oct. 27 and operating after suspension on Oct. 28, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours for first charge; fined $300 for second charge.

Kelli Moore, 46, Lewiston, charged with failure to register a vehicle on March 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Molly A. Morang, 18, East Winthrop, charged with burglary on March 29, transferred to Superior Court.

Rachel T. Morin, 38, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on March 11, found guilty, fined $75.

Aaron Morrison, 32, Litchfield, charged with operating a vehicle with an expired license and attaching false motor vehicle plates on March 18, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for first charge; fined $75 for second charge.

Kimberly L. Mosher, 19, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 25, offense committed on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

William Murchison, 20, Lewiston, charged with assault on Jan. 28, dismissed.

Michele Nagy, 19, Greene, charged with operating after suspension on Jan. 22, charge filed, fined $75.
