NORTH WATERFORD – A public supper will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, at the North Waterford Congregational Church vestry, Five Kezars Road, off routes 35 and 37.

Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children under 12. The menu will include baked beans, American chop suey, casseroles, salads, brown bread, rolls, beverages and strawberry shortcake for dessert.

In other church news, the Rev. George Frobig invites everyone to attend regular Sunday worship services at 10 a.m. at the church.

Frobig also notes that the Stoneham Thrift Shop and Bake Sale will be open each Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donations are welcome and may be dropped off at the Stoneham church.
