Ryan Arnold belted out a three-run home run in the seventh inning to lift Auburn Suburban to a 4-3 victory over Gardiner.. Mathew Gordon struck out seven and allowed just three hits while earning the mound win. Kirsten Prue picked up the save.

Ben Kelly led the offensive effort for Gardiner with a pair of hits. Forrest Chadwick went the distance on the hill and took the loss. Auburn Suburban now advances to the District 5 Championships in Gardiner.

In other ASLL news, Amanda Turcotte smashed a home run to lead Auburn to a 11-1 rout over South Portland in 9-10 year-old division action. Kirsten Whittaker threw a no-hitter with 12 strikeouts to earn the shutout. olivia ledue went the distance for South Portland and took the loss.
