CARTHAGE – Carthage Seventh-Day Adventist Church is inviting children to “Lava Lava Island: Where Jesus’ Love Flows” for Bible learning activities, songs, crafts and games. Lunch will be served each day during the vacation school.

Lava Lava Island will begin Monday, Aug. 2, and continue through Friday, Aug. 6, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the church building just north of Carthage village on Route 142.

Closing program will be a Lava Lava Island Luau at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 6, at the church.

Children will study stories about the life of Jesus. Kids will join nearly a million children in North America and take part in a hands-on mission project for needy children in the Caribbean and Latin America.
