LEWISTON – Tom Edward Adamski, 75, of 4 Sylvan Ave., died unexpectedly Tuesday night, July 20, from heart failure. At the time of his passing he was surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Chelsea, Mass., May 30, 1929, the son of John and Edna. He grew up in Minot and was a graduate of Edward Little High School, Class of 1947.

Having retired from Androscoggin Tool and Die, he was currently employed by FISC Courier Services of Lewiston. He enjoyed many things in life, including family, friends, fishing, metal detecting and taking drives along the “back roads” just to find what was off the beaten paths, so many of us never see.

Survivors include his daughter, Joan Seibert and husband, Don, of Lewiston; granddaughter, Michelle Dorian and husband, Jim, of Jefferson; grandsons, Thomas Kerrigan, of Portland and James Seibert, of Richmond; great-grandchildren, Tiana Kerrigan, of Lewiston and Libby, Jewell and Charles Dorian, of Jefferson; nephews, Richard “Butch” Small, of Auburn and Michael Small, of Minot; and nieces, Brenda Verrill and Patricia Lavalley, of Auburn, Kathy Doyle, of Wales and Elizabeth Small, of Lewiston. He had one daughter, Shelia, from a previous marriage.

He was predeceased by his parents, John and Edna; sister, Mildred Woodard; and loving wife, Germaine.
