PORTLAND – At the company’s annual meeting in June, Maine Employers’ Mutual Insurance Co. and its subsidiary, MEMIC Indemnity Co., made awards for outstanding performance in workers compensation to nine of the companies’ more than 22,000 customers.

MEMIC presented a safety award to Farmington Construction, a home building company in Farmington.

“These winners exemplify outstanding achievement in workers compensation in the northeast,” said MEMIC President and CEO John Leonard.

“Farmington Construction is one of the best of the best given that they were recognized from among more than 22,000 policyholders of our company.”

Present to accept the award for Farmington Construction was Greg Roux, president, and Mike Turner.
