NORWAY – Sarah Rideout has joined the Child Health Center as a teacher in the Norway Preschool. Rideout holds certification qualifying her to work with children, ages birth to school age, who have special needs.
She comes to the Child Health Center with seven years of experience in teaching and working with typically developing children and children with special needs.
Rideout graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington in May of 2004 with a bachelor of science degree in early childhood and special education.
Prior to joining the Child Health Center, she served as interim director at Sweatt-Winter Childcare in Farmington and worked in the Opportunities Preschool in Mexico.
The Child Health Center is a nonprofit organization, which strives to improve the health and well being of children and their families.
The Child Health Center is located in Norway and Auburn with a branch in Rumford.
