Westbrook prevails

Westbrook edged Lewiston’s 12-Under Frozen Rope baseball Team 4-2 in recent action. Alex Brochu allowed 6 hits over 5 innings while fanning 7 in a losing effort. Mayke Hyde and Alex Parker led Lewiston’s 9-hit effort. Scott Ouellette slugged a long double, while Chris Jacques contributed a hit and walked twice. Alex Chicoine played outstanding defense at first. Lewiston will play Westbrook again on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
