SANDPOINT, Idaho – Roland E. Talbot, 62, of Sandpoint, Idaho, died unexpectedly Saturday, July 24.

Born in Brunswick, Sept 15, 1941, the son of Margaret Ouellette and the late Conrad Ouellette, he was a computer technician for AARP.

He enjoyed traveling across the country, working outdoors and was very involved in AA.

Survivors include two daughters, Cindy Aube and husband, Jim, of Auburn and Debbie Gilbert and husband, Bob, of Rockville, Md.; seven grandchildren, Matthew, Benjamin and Nicholas Bouchard of Auburn and Melissa, Nicole, Angela and Danielle Gilbert of Maryland; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Rita of Brunswick; and long-time companion, Jeannie Vaillancourt.
