WEST PARIS – Russell J. Mack, 89, of West Paris died Wednesday, July 28, at his home.
Born in Sebec, July 18, 1915, the son of John and Flora Stinnaford Mack, he graduated from South Paris High School.
He had been a farmer from 1946 to 1964. He worked at the shipyard in South Portland and retired from Boise-Cascade in Rumford 24 years ago. He married Ivis Ola Rolfe and she passed away on Dec. 3, 1993.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and snowmobiling with his boys. He loved his family and his animals.
Survivors include six children, Sandra Andrews, of South Paris, Russell Mack, of South Paris, Richard Mack, of Fryeburg, Nancy Holden, of South Paris, Raymond Mack, of West Paris and Roger Mack, of West Paris; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a brother, Raymond Mack.
