On July 18, the Sun Journal printed an item that said Howard Stern is supporting Sen. John Kerry. I’m sure flip-flop is thrilled to know that. Birds of a feather, you see.
As to the rest of us, we don’t care who Stern supports; however, knowing this will switch most of us to President Bush for one more term.
I also wonder how Kerry got three Purple Hearts. When I was in the Army, when a guy got wounded, he generally was not kept in a combat zone. But if a soldier in a combat zone lost any blood, then he received a Purple Heart even if it was due only to being cut while opening a C ration can. He stayed in the area for that. But Kerry was in the Navy; maybe the rules are different.
