WILTON – The annual Blueberry Festival 10-K and 1-mile road races will be held on Friday, August 6 as part of the annual Wilton Celebration. Registration for the runs will begin at 5 p.m. at Kineowatha Park. The 1-mile event for ages 15-under will begin at 6:00 at the park entrance, and the 10-K at 6:30 by the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. A limited number of commemorative T-shirts are available to those who pre-register. Entry fee for pre-registration is $8 for the 1-mile event, and $10 for the 10-K, and can be sent to Steve Russell, 140 Hammond Road, Farmington. Registration on the day of the events is $12 for the 10-K. Checks should be made payable to Wilton Blueberry Festival. More information can be obtained by calling 778-3440.
