PRESQUE ISLE – Sixty students at the University of Maine at Presque Isle achieved a perfect grade point average for the spring semester, according to Dr. Richard Kimball, vice president for academic affairs.

The area student achieving the highest attainable grade point average is Amy V. Whitmore of North Anson.

Named to the honors list, which designates a grade point average of 3.3 or higher, are: Linnea Laverty, Auburn; Nicole Deschaine, Lewiston; Leslie Peterson, Minot; and Michaela Lunn, Sabattus.
