WILTON – Planners will consider four new applications and one pre-application when they meet Thursday.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the town office.

David and Christy Cowett want to install an above-ground pool at 77 Thomas St.. The pool would be 15-by-30 feet. The Cowett’s also want to build an 8-by-12-foot deck attached to the pool.

Rachel Jackson Hodson wants is asking for a use permit to move her business from 335 Main St. to 58 Cemetery Road. Hodson operates a non profit information center.

James and Nancy Bliberg are proposing to rent a one bedroom apartment in their residence at 944 Main St. The apartment had previously been rented by the former building owner.

Ricky Enmans wants a permit to operate a paint and body shop. His Route 133 property is zoned Farm and Forest.

Planners will also discuss a minor subdivision. Timothy Thompson of Newton Center, Mass., is proposing a three-parcel subdivision on Walker Hill Road.
