JAY – A stakeholders group plans to find out what selectmen are willing to accept for a protection plan for Parker Pond in East Jay Monday.

Parker Pond is the secondary water source for the Livermore Falls Water District that serves customers in Jay and Livermore Falls.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Community Building.

Selectmen are also expected to hear a request from Rae Ellen Roy of the Parent Teachers Organization for fence on the Jay Elementary School Playground.

Town Manager Ruth Marden said she also plans to discuss Jay Development Committee appointments.
