AUBURN – Author Dan Ho will read from and sign his book, “Rescue from House Gorgeous,” at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5, at the Book Burrow bookstore at Great Falls Plaza.

Ho is founder and editor of Rescue Magazine, which is distributed nationally from Portland. Called the anti-Martha Stewart magazine, Rescue’s focus is home improvement for real people with real budgets and time schedules.
