LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Chad A. Richard, 23, Leeds, charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 14, 2003, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, license suspended for 90 days.

Tiffany J. Richards, 22, Auburn, charged with harassment by telephone on Feb. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Kenneth Rideout Jr. 35, Auburn, charged with assault and obstructing report of crime on April 24, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jonathan W. Roberts, 32, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on March 19, found guilty, fined $200, all but $100 suspended.

Stephanie A. Roberts, 19, Lewiston, charged with theft by receiving stolen property on March 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Jose A. Rodriguez, 21, Greene, charged with two counts of violating condition of release on April 1 and 2, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail for each count, stayed.

David S. Rogers, 41, Auburn, charged with violating protective order and violating condition of release on March 30, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each count, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail for each count.

David Rollins, 39, Lisbon Falls, charged with keeping unlicensed dog on April 7, offense committed, fined $35.

Michelle Rose, 20, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 17, found guilty, fined $75.

Priscilla S. Rouillard, 38, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on March 21, charge sent to jury trial.

Jennifer G. Roy, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating vehicle without a license on Feb. 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Lawrence Roy, 28, Lewiston, charged with assault on Aug. 25, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail.

Raymond B. Roy, 45, Lewiston, charged with leaving scene of motor vehicle accident on March 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Ryan Roy, 18, Auburn, charged with operating vehicle without a license on Oct. 31, 2003, found guilty, fined $100.

Ashley D. Russo, 19, Auburn, charged with operating vehicle without a license on April 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Charles Sally, 18, Pelham, N.H., charged with criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on April 6, charge transferred to Superior Court.

David Sally, 200, Pelham, N.H., charged with assault on April 6, found guilty, sentenced to 15 days in Androscoggin County Jail.

Cara Lynn Sardella, 60, Auburn, charged with assault on March 28, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all suspended, one year probation.

Jeffrey Scaffidi, 47, charged with three counts of assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on Nov. 7, 2003, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 120 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all but 24 hours suspended, probation nine months, found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 120 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all but 24 hours dismissed, probation nine months, found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 120 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all but 24 hours suspended, probation nine months, last charge dismissed.

Jeffrey Scaffidi, 47, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 17, 2003, dismissed.

Edward L. Sharood, 32, Kennebunk, charged with operating under the influence and stalking on Jan. 27, both charges sent to jury trial.

Edward A. Shaw, 21, Sabattus, charged with aggravated criminal mischief on Jan. 4, charge transferred to Superior Court.

James R. Sherman Jr., 24, Sanford, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on March 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Emily G. Skidgel, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on March 16, found guilty, fined $200, all but $100 suspended.

Arnold Smith, 47, Oxford, charged with assault on Feb. 29, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all but 48 hours suspended, stayed, probation two years.

Blaine L. Smith, 35, Lisbon, charged with operating under the influence on July 18, 2003, dismissed.

Cory Smith, 36, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension on Jan. 16, found guilty, fined $200, all but $100 suspended.

Darnell B. Smith, 52, Auburn, charged with possessing marijuana on Feb. 27, dismissed.

Donna Smith, 42, Lewiston, charged with violating protective order and violating condition of release on April 27, 2003, both charges filed with no cost.

Jason C. Smith, 23, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 27, charged sent to jury trial.

John Smith, 19, Lewiston, charged with assault on Sept. 23, 2003, sentenced to three days in Androscoggin County Jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Jonathan Smith, 24, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on Nov. 14, 2003, found guilty, fined $75, ordered to pay restitution of $100.

Jonathan N. Thibodeau, 20, Lewiston, charged with two counts of habitual motor vehicle offender and operating under the influence on March 6, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Vincent C. Thomas, 33, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension, attaching false motor vehicle plates and displaying false license or ID on Feb. 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $200, sentenced to 96 hours in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, last two charges, dismissed.

Jesse Thompson, 21, Augusta, charged with operating after suspension on Dec. 21, 2002, found guilty, fined $200, all but $100 suspended.

Matthew J. Thompson, 25, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 3, 2003, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to seven days in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, license suspended 18 months.

Calvin Tidswell, 46, Auburn, charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on April 6, charge transferred to Superior Court.

Luke M. Tuplin, 36, Lisbon, charged with allowing dog to be at large on Feb. 18, offense committed, fined $50.

Eric Turbide, 33, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possessing marijuana on March 13, both offenses committed, fined $200 for first charge, $75 for second.

Shawn L. Turner, 20, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on March 24, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail.

Amber Tuttle, 18, Lewiston, charged with minor transporting liquor on Feb. 29, found guilty, fined $100, license suspended 30 days.

Shamus L. West, 24, Hyde Park, Mass., charged with theft of services on March 17, found guilty, fined $75, ordered to pay restitution of $70.
