FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Jail:

Christopher W. Hines, 21, of Jay on a warrant for failure to appear July 5 by Farmington police. He was transferred to Somerset County Sheriff’s Office on July 8.

Marilyn Ryder, 43, of Jay on a warrant for failure to pay fine July 7 by Jay police. Cash bail of $278 was provided for court appearance on July 30.

Michael Ringer, 35, of Wilton on a probation violation July 7 by Wilton police. He was released by Probation and Parole July 12.

Bryan Williams, 42, of Lena, Wis., on warrants for failure to appear July 7 by the Sheriff’s Office. As of July 23, he was still being held, a jail intake officer said.

Thomas Raftelis, 49, of Farmington on a warrant for terrorizing July 8 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 4.

Renee Bulba, 42, of Skowhegan on a hold for Somerset County July 8. She was released to Somerset County Sheriff’s Office on July 9.

Cedric Simpson, 24, of Farmington on a charge of driving under the influence July 9 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $300 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 25.

Tracy Robbins, 28, of Wilton on a charge of domestic assault July 9 by Farmington police. She was bailed on personal recognizance for court appearance on Aug. 4.

Christopher Walker, 25, of Farmington on a warrant July 10 by the Sheriff’s Office. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on July 28.

Larry Kent, 63, of Farmington on a charge of driving under the influence July 10 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 25.

Jamie Johnson, 36, of Wilton on a charge of driving under the influence July 10 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 25.

Frederick E. Jewell, 40, of Dryden on a probation violation July 10 by Jay police. As of July 23, he was still being held, a jail intake officer said.

Lois M. Green, 52, of East Dixfield on a charge of driving under the influence July 10 by Wilton police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 25.

Christian T. Brown-Barbioni, 25, of East Dixfield on charges of unauthorized use of motor vehicle, driving without a license and leaving the scene of a property damage accident July 11 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $5,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 4.

Robert O. Boulette, 38, of Farmington on a warrant for failure to appear July 11 by Farmington police. He was released on July 12, a jail intake officer said.

Theodore Hastings, 44, of Dryden on a violation of condition of release July 12 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 4.
