LEWISTON – Announcement is made of the forthcoming marriage of Coleen Guy and Verne Daskoski. The wedding will be held at 11 a.m. on Aug. 21 at the Pleasant Street Baptist Church in Mechanic Falls.
The future bride is the daughter of Suzanne Guy of Auburn and the late Real Guy of Auburn. She is a 1979 graduate of Southern Maine Christian School in Scarborough and is currently a homemaker.
The future bridegroom is the son of the late Shirley Daskoski Hayes and Robert Daskoski of Portsmouth, N.H. He is a 1976 graduate of Portsmouth New Hampshire Senior High School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1977 to 1983. He is currently employed at Bonneau’s Garage in Lewiston as an auto technician.
They will reside at their new home in Lewiston.
