• July 28 – A Severy Hill Road resident in East Dixfield reported litter in the road from what was apparently a wreck. A towed trailer apparently struck a utility pole. The owner of the vehicle has not yet been located.

Summonses

• Linda A. McCoubrey, 45, of Mexico, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 8:15 p.m. on July 31. She was involved in a single-vehicle crash when she hit a utility pole on Wilton Road. She is to be arraigned Sept. 7 in Rumford District Court.
