Susan I. Ellsworth, 44, Lewiston, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Donald D. Englehart, 51, Lewiston, charged with assault on April 25, sent to jury trial.

Jeffrey Leo Gagne, 26, Lisbon, charged with operating after suspension on Feb. 5, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to seven days and license suspended for one year.

Jody L. King, 44, Roxbury, charged with operating under the influence on March 3, and operating under the influence and operating after suspension on March 30, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days on first charge; fined $400, sentenced to 90 days with all but two days suspended, one year probation and license suspended for 90 days; third charge dismissed.

Stephen Kons, 38, Lewiston, charged with three counts of assault on April 1, probation violation on all charges, sentenced to 60 days and probation partially revoked on first charge; sentenced to 120 days with all but 20 days suspended and two years probation for each of second and third charges.

Dane Krauth, 21, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on April 12, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to two days and license suspended for 90 days.
